Snacking is probably my favorite thing to do. I even love throwing together a mini snack platter and having it for a meal instead of cooking something.
There are so many healthy alternatives out there! But these are my top five favorite snacks that help keep you full throughout the day, and limit your cravings for unhealthy junk food!
1. Built Bars
Craving something sweet? How does a protein bar that tastes just like a candy bar sound? Too good to be true? Well, they’ve finally done it people! A bar that doesn’t taste like straight cardboard EXISTS!
Built Bar has a variety of flavors, but my top two are Salted Caramel Chocolate and Mint Brownie Delite. Seriously, the mint brownie is basically a healthy Girl Scouts Thin Mint!

2. Quest Protein Chips
Chips are my weakness. Not only are they my favorite snack, but always a part of my favorite meal: taco salad bowl.
From Loaded Taco to Sour Cream & Onion, you can surely find something to kick those crunchy cravings. The best part is they are individually wrapped per serving so you can grab and go, like this busy mama always has to do!

3. Pizza Chips
A friend on Instagram introduced me to this amazing recipe! Pizza is one of my top 5 foods I could eat every day for the rest of my life, so I’m pretty much down for anything that delicious! Thanks @fluffygirltofit
4. Whisps Cheese Crisps
Guys. IT’S JUST CHEESE! Yet the crunch and zero guilt, tastes just like a Cheez-it (which I could eat an entire box of with a whole lot of guilt and sodium) They are also only one carb for the serving size that I felt was a lot. Not a measly two crisps, thats for sure!
I haven’t tried it yet, but I think this would also add the perfect crunch to a salad too!
5. Lundberg Organic Thin Stackers
Rice cakes are often a go to snack when people aren’t eating junk food, but I always hate how thick they are. I randomly came across these thin stackers in the store and it’s all I buy now! Rice cakes are so easy to switch up for different flavors so you don’t get bored with the same thing over and over.
Top with your favs: almond butter, all natural peanut butter, cheese.. the possibilities are endless!
